Give every variable in your data a voice.

Upload a CSV, let AI propose a few different ways to slice it into flows, then turn whatever you land on into ready-to-paste AI-image-generation prompts - one per slide, each entity locked to a consistent look throughout. Don't have data yet? Browse what others have made.

STORIES
Who is this for

Built for anyone turning numbers into something worth looking at.

Pick what you're working on.

Turn a dataset into a visual story people actually stop to look at, without opening a design tool first.

Data storytelling

See the shape of your data before you commit to a layout.

Carousel decks

Get one prompt per slide, paced for a swipeable post.

Thumbnail concepts

Try a few different cuts until one actually looks like a thumbnail.

Newsletter graphics

Drop a finished prompt straight into the image generator you already use.

Consistent characters

Each entity in your data gets one locked description, so it looks the same across every slide.

No storage, no lock-in

Your file isn't kept - export what you make and go.

Turn campaign and funnel data into a visual your team can actually show in a meeting.

Campaign recaps

Turn funnel numbers into a flow, not another spreadsheet screenshot.

Funnel visuals

See where prospects drop off, then generate the graphic that explains it.

Attribution stories

Multi-touch data becomes one flow diagram anyone can read.

Board-ready slides

Export prompts you can slot straight into a deck.

No design queue

Get a usable visual without waiting on a designer.

Repeatable reports

Same structure, new numbers, every reporting cycle.

Explore a dataset from a few different angles before you decide how to present it.

Exploratory views

Let AI propose a few different ways to group your columns first.

Category flows

See how values move between two or more fields at a glance.

Survey results

Turn multi-choice survey data into a flow instead of another stacked bar.

Publication figures

Generate a visual concept, then refine it for a paper or report.

Reusable structure

Keep exploring the same dataset from a fresh angle.

No charting library

Skip the setup - upload and go.

Turn community or engagement data into something worth posting on a schedule.

Shareable recaps

Turn community activity into one clean, postable visual.

Community highlights

Show growth or engagement as a story, not a table.

Weekly digests

Same format, ready to post, every week.

Cross-platform prompts

One prompt works in whichever image generator you already pay for.

No design skills needed

Point-and-click from data to prompt.

Fast turnaround

Go from CSV to prompt in a few minutes.

How it works

Three steps, no design tool required.

1
Upload

Drop in a CSV or TSV file. It's never saved server-side.

2
Explore

AI proposes a few different ways to aggregate your data into flows - pick the one that tells the right story.

3
Visualize

Get a ready-to-paste AI-image-generation prompt for every slide. Each entity in your data gets one locked visual description first, so the same character looks the same across every separately-generated slide. Every slide also comes with speaker notes - a few sentences you can read straight off when you present it.

Not Sure How To Shape
Your Data? Let AI Explore It.

One click asks AI to propose a few genuinely different ways to turn whatever you've loaded into flows. It computes each one exactly against your full dataset, not a guess.

Any dataset

Point It At Anything

Call center logs, budgets, shipment records, survey exports - Explore reads whatever's actually loaded, whatever the columns are, and proposes real flow structures from it. No template to match, no "supported format" to worry about.

No numbers, no problem

Works Even Without a Value Column

Plenty of real data is just rows with no amount attached - a support ticket log, a list of applications. Explore can fall back to simply counting rows per category, so you still get a meaningful flow out of data that was never built for one.

Category vs. number

Stops You From Summing the Unsummable

A column like "Gross Margin %" is genuinely numeric, but adding percentages across rows produces a number that means nothing - averaging is what you'd actually want. Tag it Category and Explore respects it, skipping the nonsense total.

Several stories, one dataset

Sees More Than One Way to Tell It

The same spreadsheet might be worth viewing as Region → Product, or Product → Channel, or Rep → Outcome. Explore proposes a handful of genuinely different groupings at once, so you're picking a story, not just one predetermined chart.

Numbers aren't always numbers

Tell It What's Actually a Measure

Numeric-looking doesn't always mean summable! Tag any such column Category (never summed, treated like a label) or Number (a real measure, fair game to add up) - and get a total worth trusting. An Agent ID stored as 4521? Category. A "Gross Margin %" column? Category too - averaging beats adding, and summed-up percentages never mean anything useful.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

You upload a CSV or TSV file, AI proposes a few different ways to group it into a flow - how your data moves or breaks down from one category into another - and once you pick one, it writes a set of AI-image-generation prompts, one per slide, that you can paste straight into whichever image generator you already use.

It's a written description built from your data's actual flow - the kind of text prompt tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, or Gemini's image generator take as input. Copy it, paste it into whichever generator you use, and it produces an on-brand visual for that slide.

No. Your uploaded file is processed for your session and isn't saved server-side. If you choose to share a result to the community gallery, only that specific result - not your raw file - becomes public.

There's one credit pool, spent by both Explore (proposing flow options) and Visualize (generating prompts). New accounts start with free credits, and credits never expire - buying more just adds to that same balance.

Yes - any result can be shared to the community gallery with a link. If someone signs up after clicking your shared result, you're credited automatically.

Each slide is a separate image generation, with no memory of the others, so before writing any prompts, VariableVoices locks in one fixed visual description for every distinct entity in your data. That description is reused in every prompt that entity appears in, so it looks like the same character or object each time - not a different one per slide.

Every slide comes with a few sentences written for a presenter to say out loud - what's shown, how the entities relate, and the actual numbers in plain language. They're separate from the image prompt, so you can present the deck without ever having to explain how the image was made.

No - enter your email and we'll send a magic link that signs you straight in. The same form creates your account the first time.
